New Partner Portal to manage multiple customer accounts with workspaces
What's new?
Scrut's new Partner Portal gives you a centralized, workspace-based way to manage customer accounts, users, and access—without relying on impersonation.
Why was this needed?
Managing multiple customers across the old partner portal made scaling harder. The new experience organizes everything around workspaces, making customer management cleaner, safer, and easier to scale.
How it works
Log in at console.scrut.io to access the Partner Portal.
Each workspace represents one customer account.
Click Add workspace to onboard a new customer:
Enter the workspace name and the customer’s legal organization name.
Choose the hosting region (for example, US).
Open a workspace to:
Add supported frameworks (ISO or SOC 2).
Request additional frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, and more) via Request framework—your CSM is notified automatically.
View tests once cloud providers are integrated for the customer account.
Use Login to access a customer account directly, or switch between customers using the workspace switcher.
Manage users from the Users tab:
Assign workspace-specific roles (e.g., Admin, Contributor).
Customize module-level access per workspace.
Grant or restrict access to the workspace console.
