New questionnaire limits introduced for POC accounts

What’s new?

To maintain system performance and ensure a focused trial experience, POC (Proof of Concept) accounts are now limited to:

• A maximum of 3 questionnaires

• A maximum of 20 questions per questionnaire

• These limits apply across both the platform and the Chrome Extension.

Why it matters

This update ensures that trial accounts operate within scoped boundaries, helping users experience the product effectively without overloading the system or bypassing the intended proof-of-concept evaluation flow.

How it works

• If a user tries to upload a 4th questionnaire, they will be blocked and shown an appropriate message.

  

• If a user uploads a questionnaire with more than 20 questions, only the first 20 questions will be ingested, along with a warning message.

  

No action is needed for existing POC users unless they attempt to exceed the limit.
