What is this feature?

We're excited to announce the addition of email notifications for flagged responses in our 'Vendor Management' module. This innovative feature directly informs vendors about any concerns raised during the GRC team's evaluation of their submitted questionnaires.

Pain point solved

Previously, vendors remained unaware of potential issues identified in their responses, hindering timely communication and resolution. This often led to delays in compliance approvals and increased frustration for both vendors and GRC teams.

How does it work?

  1. GRC user clicks “Flag as Issue”.

  1. Gives a 'Risk Score', 'Flagging Reason' and clicks "Notify Vendor" checkbox.

  1. Selects 'POC' and clicks "Flag".

  1. An email is sent to the vendor about the flagged response.
