Offboarding Status Lock in Integration with IDP/HRIS

We are pleased to inform you that a critical bug in our platform where statuses like "Offboarding Needed" or "Offboarding Completed" statuses will not be changed automatically by the daily automated data sync with integrations such as IDP and HRIS.

With this update, users can now mark employees as "Offboarding Needed" or "Offboarding Completed" without worrying about unintended status changes during the next automated sync. This feature contributes to improved data integrity by safeguarding the accuracy of offboarding status information across the organization.

Pain Point:

Earlier, when an employee was marked as Offboarding needed or Offboarding completed in the Scrut platform, but in the integrations such as IDP or HRIS, they may still present as active users. So, in this case, when the automated sync is triggered every day, it automatically changes the employee status back to Training Incomplete.

So now, with this bug fixed, even if the employee is active in other integrations and being marked as Offboarding needed or Offboarding completed in the Scrut platform, the next automated sync will not change the employee status.
