Option to Configure Office 365 Licenses in UI

What is this feature?

We are excited to introduce a new feature that allows users to seamlessly configure Office 365 licenses directly through the user interface.

Through this configuration, administrators can selectively select the licenses so that the employee's information linked to those selected licenses will be fetched and available in the Scrut platform. This refinement ensures that only the employees who require access to the Scrut platform are included.

How does it work?

  1. Integrate Azure Active Directory with the Scrut platform and ensure the licenses are assigned to the users in Azure Active Directory.

  2. In the Scrut Platform, navigate to "Settings". Go to "Azure Active Directory Integrations" and click 'Configure'.

  1. Click on the 'Configure License' button to proceed.

  1. A list of licenses available in your Office 365 account will be displayed.

  1. Toggle on the licenses you want to enable.

  2. Click 'Save' to confirm your selections.

  3. Once the licenses are configured, the employee information based on the licenses selected will be populated in the "People → Employees" section.

Note: After saving your license selections, our system will automatically fetch employees based on the licenses chosen.
