People Module Updates

Previously, users couldn’t update group information for employees synced from HRIMS tools, as all fields were entirely locked for editing. This restriction made it difficult to adjust team structures and manage workflows effectively.

With this update, you can now edit employee groups separately without affecting other synced data. Here’s what’s changed:

• The 'Group' field has been removed from the 'Edit Employee' modal to avoid confusion.

• A new 'Edit' button has been added next to the 'Group' field on the 'Employee Details' page, allowing users to modify groups directly.

• All other synced employee data remains locked to maintain data integrity.

• Please note that if a user attempts to remove all groups, they won’t be able to save changes; this is to prevent unintended issues.
