Policy Acceptance Metric in People Dashboard

This metric allows organizations to effortlessly gauge and manage policy compliance by tracking the acceptance rates of various policies among their workforce.

Under Policy Acceptance Rate, we can see Total Policy Acceptance Rate, Employees who have accepted policies, and Employees who have not accepted the policies. These data exclude employees who are Not a Person, Deleted, and Off-boarded employees.

Policy Acceptance Rate = No. of Employees who have accepted all policies * 100 / Total No. of Employees.

How does it work?

1. Log in to your Scrut Automation Platform account as an administrator.

2. Navigate to the People Dashboard.

3. Find the "Policy Acceptance Rate" section in the Dashboard's main menu.
