Policy Review Email Notification

We are excited to introduce a new feature in this release that enhances your experience in managing policy reviews. In Settings → Notification, we have added a notification option: Email Notification For Policy Review Reminder.

If this notification is turned on, then 7 days before the review date, an automatic email will be sent to the Primary Assignee of the policy.

How Does It Work?

  1. In "Settings" go to "Notification", and turn on 'Email Notification For Policy Review Reminder'.

  2. The user will be sent an email notification containing information about the policy name and its due date.

  1. After clicking the 'Review Policy' button, you will be directed to the Scrut platform, where you can view the policy that requires your attention.

Note: Only the primary assignee receives the mail.
