What is this feature?

We're excited to announce the latest update to our platform, which is focused on enhancing contributor capabilities within risk management. In this release, contributors can now access risks based on the department assigned to them.

Problem statement

Previously, contributors within our platform lacked the ability to access risks based on the specific departments they were assigned to. This resulted in inefficiencies as contributors had to sift through a large volume of risks, many of which were not relevant to their areas of responsibility.

In response to this challenge, we have implemented enhancements to our platform that empower contributors to access risks based on their assigned departments.

How does it work?

  1. When administrators create a new user with the contributor role, administrators can click on the "+" icon next to the 'Risk Management' settings.

  1. The user should specify the departments to which the contributor should have access.

  1. Contributors can log in and navigate to the 'Risk Management' section of the platform.

  2. Upon accessing the risk management interface, contributors will now see risks categorized by department, with visibility limited to their assigned departments.
