Real-Time Employee Sync for Security Campaigns

What is this feature?

With this release, we're enhancing the user experience for launching security campaigns on the Scrut platform. Users can now sync employees in a particular campaign in real-time, so the newly added employees can have access as soon as they get synced.

Use Case Solved

Previously, when launching a security campaign and selecting all employees, new hires would only be added to the campaign after a 24-hour interval, as our system relied on automated syncs. Now, with real-time employee sync, new employees will be immediately added to existing campaigns, ensuring seamless training integration and timely access for all employees.

How does it work?

• Any security campaign created with all learners selected will now feature a "Sync New Employees" button. This button allows users to manually trigger the synchronization process, ensuring that new employees are promptly added to the campaign.

• With real-time synchronization, employees will immediately see the security campaign in their training portal upon being added to the platform.
