Removal of inactive employee from Security campaign & People Dashboard
We are excited to announce the enhancement of Removal of inactive employee from campaign & Dashboard. This release focuses on the exclusion of inactive employees from security campaigns and dashboard calculations, ensuring a more accurate representation of employee calculations.
Inactive employee calculation:
An employee will be considered as Inactive if one of the following conditions are satisfied:
If an employee is marked as Non-Personnel.
Or
If the employee has been deleted.
Or
If an employee is marked as Offboarding Completed.
Or
If the exit/termination date of an employee is equal to or less than today’s date.
Removal of Inactive Employees from Security Campaigns:
Inactive employees, as defined by the above conditions, will no longer be included in the creation of new security campaigns.
When adding employees to an existing campaign via the "Configure Employees" button, inactive employees will be automatically excluded.
Inactive employees will be removed from the lists of Active, Upcoming, and Completed campaigns, streamlining campaign management and ensuring the inclusion of only relevant participants.
Exclusion of Inactive Employees from People Dashboard Calculations:
Inactive employees will be excluded from various calculations on the People Dashboard, providing a more accurate representation of your organization's security metrics. The following metrics will now accurately reflect the active employee count:
Agents Installed
HD Encrypted
Screenlock Enabled
AV Installed
Policy Acceptance Rate
Campaign Overview
