Reset MDM Integration and Delete employee’s system details in the "Technicals" tab

We are excited to introduce a new feature: when disconnecting an integration, the user now has the option to delete the associated employee's system details from the "Technicals" tab.

How does it work?

  1. Navigate to "Settings". Go to "Integrations". Select any MDM tool from which the user wants to disconnect the integration and delete the system details.

  1. Click on the 'Configure' button on any one of the MDM tools which is already integrated.

  1. Click on the 'RESET' button.

  1. Since the user wants to disconnect the integration and delete the system details, click on 'Reset Integration + Remove Technicals data like HD encrypted, etc.'

  1. Click on 'PROCEED TO RESET'.

  2. Now under the "Employees" section, and under the "Technicals" tab, system details fetched through JumpCloud integration will be removed.
