Risk Audit Log Improvement

What's new?

We’ve enhanced the audit log capabilities in the Risk Management module to deliver more accurate, complete, and standardized tracking of user activity. This update includes standardizing the message format, adding missing audit entries for key actions, and introducing audit logs specifically for risk settings-related activities.

Why does it matter?

Inconsistent message formatting and missing entries made it difficult to fully trust audit trails. This enhancement improves clarity, ensures complete traceability, and strengthens compliance documentation.

How it works:

1. Refined Message Format: All audit log entries now follow a consistent structure where the action comes first. For example: “new risk created” → “created new risk”

   

2. New Audit Logs for Risk Settings: The settings-related actions and audit logs are tracked under the Settings section in the Risk module.

   • Go to Risk Management → Settings

     

   • Navigate to the 'Audit Logs' tab.

     

   • View the newly added entries for settings-related actions.
