Risk Bulk Import Enhancement

We are excited to introduce enhancements to the Risk Bulk Import CSV template in the latest version of Scrut.

• Entity Column Added: The CSV template now includes a dedicated Entity column, allowing users to assign relevant entities to each risk during the bulk import process. Users can specify multiple entities by separating them with commas. If no entity is provided, the risk will automatically default to an organization-wide entity, maintaining the previous behavior. This feature empowers users to associate risks with specific parts of the organization more easily, enhancing clarity and reporting.

• Character Limit Checks: We have implemented character limit validations across applicable columns to ensure data integrity and prevent issues during the import process.

• Error Handling: To prevent errors, the system will display a message if an entity not configured in Scrut settings is added, ensuring only recognized entities are imported.
