We are excited to introduce a significant enhancement to our platform's risk management module, providing users with greater flexibility and customization options for rounding off risk scores.

This feature introduces three rounding options within the risk management module:

  1. Standard Rounding:

    • Round off risk scores according to standard mathematical rounding rules. Decimals .50 and above round-up; below .50 round down.

  2. Round-Up:

    • Round off risk scores to the nearest whole number by always rounding up to the next integer. Eg. 4.1 rounds off to 5.

  3. Round Down:

    • Round off risk scores to the nearest whole number by always rounding down to the previous integer. Eg. 4.1 rounds off to 4.

Workflow:

  1. Navigate to "Risk Settings".

  2. Click on the "Add Score Button" to create a new score.

  3. The "Add New Score" modal will appear, where you can input the necessary information into the fields. You will encounter rounding options towards the conclusion of the process.

  4. Users can now choose from the following rounding options:

    • Standard rounding: Selection by default.

    • Round down.

    • Round up.

  5. Based on the selected option, the risk score will be rounded off accordingly.

Note: For existing customers, their risk scores will continue to have standard rounding by default.
