Say Goodbye to Region Selection: Scrut Improves Login Experience

What is this feature?

We are excited to announce an enhancement to the Scrut platform that simplifies the login process for users worldwide. This update eliminates the need to select a data localization region (IN, US, or EU) before login, streamlining access and reducing confusion.

Problem statement

Scrut platform users often have difficulty selecting the appropriate data localization region before logging in. This leads to confusion and inefficiencies, as users often need to consult the admin team for guidance. The result is a cumbersome login process and increased communication overhead.

How does it work?

1. Users will access the login page via a single URL: app.scrut.io.

2. Users only need to enter their email addresses on the first screen.

3. On the second screen, users can log in via OTP or SSO.

4. OTP Login: If the user wants to log in through OTP, click on Request Verification Code. An OTP will be sent to the user's email, allowing them to log in securely.

5. SSO Login: If the user wants to log in through SSO, click on any SSO, and Users can log in through their Single-Sign-On provider.
