Scrut now supports Sophos Central (MDM) integration

What’s new?

Scrut now integrates with Sophos Central (MDM), allowing you to automatically sync device data and extend compliance automation across your asset inventory and employee endpoints.

Why it matters

This integration eliminates manual tracking by automatically importing employee devices, linking them to users for Access Reviews, running compliance tests, and improving asset visibility and control.

How it works

1. After connecting your Sophos Central account, Scrut will automatically pull in:

   • Employee device population

   • Asset management for computer devices

   • Access Reviews

2. It also enables automated tests for:

   • Employee computer hard disk encryption

   • Employee computers are monitored with the Scrut Agent or an MDM

   • Assets have owners assigned

   • Asset list tracks resources that contain critical data
