Security Campaign Reminders

We've introduced a new feature that allows admins to send targeted reminders for active security campaigns. This enhancement helps ensure employees complete mandatory security awareness tasks more efficiently.

• Send Reminder Button: A 'Send Reminder' button has been added to the campaign detail page for campaigns with 'Active' status. Admins can trigger reminders directly from this page.

  • The reminder modal will show the number of employees who haven't completed the campaign.

• Bulk Reminders: On the employee list page of a security campaign, admins can now bulk select employees and send reminders accordingly.

Automated Welcome Email for New Employees

We have introduced an automatic welcome email for new employees, including their assigned security tasks, to streamline the onboarding process.

• Toggle for Automated Welcome Emails: A toggle has been added to the notification settings page to enable this feature. When enabled, new employees added to Scrut will receive a welcome email with their assigned tasks.

Support for Empty Checklists

We now allow users to create empty checklists, addressing a prior restriction.

• Employees with an empty checklist will see 'No Tasks Assigned' on their portal.

• Admins can view an empty status for such employees in the employee list and detail pages.

• A new filter called 'No tasks assigned' has been added for better visibility.

• On saving an empty checklist, users will see a confirmation modal to ensure they are aware no items have been added.
