Send Email Notification when a comment is added in Policy, Evidence, etc. by tagging a person

We are delighted to introduce a highly requested feature that enhances collaboration and communication within the platform.

With this update, users will now receive email notifications when they are tagged in comments on policies, evidence, tests, and other entities, ensuring seamless information sharing and timely responses.

How does it work?

1. Log in to your Scrut Automation Platform account and navigate to any module like policies, evidence, or tests where you want to add a comment by tagging the user.

2. To tag a user in a comment, simply use the "@" symbol followed by their username in the comment box.

3. Once the comment is added, the tagged user will receive an email notification containing the comment content, entity details, and a direct link to the comment section.
