Share links to specific Trust Vault items

What's new?

You can now share individual items like documents, controls, and FAQs directly from the Trust Vault via direct links.

Why it matters

This feature provides you with a quick and efficient way to share specific compliance-related information with external stakeholders, reducing the need to share your entire Trust Vault.

How it works

• Navigate to any section on your Trust Vault website: Compliance, Documents, Controls, Subprocessors, FAQs, or Updates.

• You’ll now see a “Copy Link” option next to each item.

• Clicking the option copies the item’s direct URL to your clipboard.

• Share this URL externally.

• The recipient can open the link and go straight to the relevant item.

• This feature is also fully supported on mobile view, ensuring seamless sharing across devices.
