Significant Enhancements in Vendor Assessment workflow

What is this feature?

We're thrilled to announce exciting enhancements to your vendor questionnaire assessment workflow, fostering greater transparency, flexibility, and communication between your GRC team and vendors.

Key features and Pain points addressed

• Edit Risk Score: Previously, editing risk scores once an assessment started wasn't possible, even for incomplete questionnaires. This restricted dynamic adjustments based on new information.

• Undo Accept and Undo Flag: Accepting or flagging answers was permanent, hindering corrective actions or reevaluation in case of new insights.

• Add Comments: Clear communication between GRC teams and vendors regarding assessment findings was missing, leading to potential misunderstandings and delays.

How does it work?

Edit Risk Score

1. Click the "Edit" icon.

2. Update the risk score and click "Update".

Undo Accept and Undo Flag

1. Click "Undo Flag".

2. Warning pop-up shows up. Click "Yes, Confirm".

3. The same process is for "Undo Accept".

Add Comments

1. From the 3 dots menu, click "Add Comments".

2. Add your comment.

3. An email notification is sent to the vendor.
