Speed up access reviews by bulk assigning account identities

What's new?

Access reviews now support bulk assignment of account identities, letting you categorize multiple accounts as Non-personnel or External contractor in a single action. The bulk actions menu now includes an Update Identity option that applies your selection across all chosen accounts at once.

Why was this needed?

Large application reviews could take hours when ownership had to be set row by row. Bulk assignment reduces the time and effort spent on assigning ownership data and reduces the risk of rows being left without accountability during a review.

How it works

• Navigate to People -> Access Reviews and open an application review.

• Select multiple rows in the account table.

• Click Update Identity from the bulk actions menu.

• Pick the ownership category: Non-personnel or External contractor.

• Apply the assignment to all selected accounts.
