Streamlined Leave Tracking with HRIS Integration

We have made enhancements to simplify and improve leave tracking on the platform. With this update, Scrut now integrates with external HRIS platforms for automated synchronization of leave data. This reduces manual efforts, minimizes inconsistencies, and ensures a more seamless user experience.

Here’s what’s new:

• The 'Leave Status' tag in employee details now displays leave data directly while hovering. For example: "On Leave from Jan 21, 2025 - Jan 25, 2025".

• For organizations using supported HRIS platforms, the 'Mark on Leave' button will be disabled to maintain data consistency. A hover message will guide users to update leaves at the source system.

• Organizations without supported HRIS platforms can continue editing leaves directly on Scrut.

• A new filter has been added to easily identify employees who are currently on leave.

These updates ensure accurate and reliable leave tracking, providing a more integrated and consistent experience for HR and compliance teams.
