Teammates Evidence Checker is now available for all manual evidences

What's new?

Scrut Teammates Evidence Checker now works across all manual evidences. Every manually-uploaded evidence now includes a "Check with Scrut Teammates" option that generates an AI-powered quality assessment with clear improvement suggestions.

Why was this needed?

Previously, Scrut’s Evidence Checker was available only for a limited set of evidences. This meant users couldn’t consistently validate the quality of all manually uploaded or updated evidences, and had to rely on manual judgment to assess completeness and audit readiness.

Now, every manually updated evidence can be reviewed using Scrut Teammates—so you get instant, AI-powered feedback across your entire evidence set.

How it works

• Open any manually uploaded evidence.

• Click Check with Scrut Teammates.

• Receive an AI-generated quality report highlighting:

  • Strength of the evidence

  • Gaps or missing context

• Receive clear suggestions on how to improve the evidence for better audit readiness

• Apply improvements to strengthen your evidence quality before audits

Note: Google Docs links are supported. Requires Scrut Teammates to be enabled.
