Ticket link & Ticket created filter in Tests module→ By Rules section

We are excited to introduce two new feature enhancements in this release that enhance your experience in managing test findings. With the aim of providing clearer insights into your test findings and associated tickets, we have implemented the feature that displays the "Ticket Link" and “Ticket Created” filters in the "Tests → By Rules" table.

How Does It Work?

  1. Once the ticket has been created from any of the Test findings, navigate to "Test → By Rules" and scroll to the right.

  1. Scroll the page to the right so that the "Tickets" field in the table will be visible with the links of every ticket created under specific findings.

  1. Click on the 'Ticket' link so that you will be redirected to the actual ticket.

  2. If multiple tickets have been created in the same test finding, the user can click on the '+1' icon near the ticket link.

  1. Click on 'Filters', so the users can also filter the table by the 'Ticket created' filter.

  1. Once you click on 'Filters', scroll down, and you can filter tickets created by selecting 'Yes' or 'No'.

  1. Users can also export the data with the applied ticket-created filter.
