Managing compliance issues just got easier. You can now integrate ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (SDP On Demand) with Scrut and seamlessly track tickets raised from Scrut across your IT workflows.
Why it matters
You can now create and link tickets from Scrut to your ManageEngine SDP account across various modules like Tests, Evidence Tasks, Policies, Cloud Tests, Risk Management, Corrective Actions, Audit Findings, and Vulnerability Findings.
This integration enhances coordination between compliance and IT teams, providing full traceability in issue resolution. By embedding ticketing into compliance workflows, tasks like patching and policy updates are streamlined, ensuring alignment and visible progress for auditors.
How it works
Raise tickets from Scrut with relevant details like title, description, assignee, and due date.
Autofill content based on context. For example, a ticket raised from an Evidence Task will automatically pull in the task name and details.
Assign tickets to internal users or external stakeholders with a simple dropdown.
Track linked ticket status directly from linked artifacts, without switching tabs.
