What's new?

The Trust Vault Insights dashboard provides clear visibility into how your trust portal is being used, with metrics on portal views, access request processing, document engagement, and active users. The dashboard features an intuitive layout with time period filtering and direct navigation to detailed data.

Why was this needed?

Without clear visibility into trust portal usage, important insights about request approvals, document engagement, and user activity were missing or confusing. Reports were hard to read and lacked actionable metrics. The new dashboard provides clear insights that help you understand who's accessing your trust portal, which documents matter most, and how access requests are being handled.

How it works

• Navigate to Trust Vault -> Dashboard to access the Insights dashboard

• Use the time period filter to view data for custom ranges, last 7/30/90 days, or since account creation

• Review Trust Portal Views showing total views and daily/weekly/monthly trends

• Analyze Access Requests Processed, broken down by pending, automatically approved, manually approved, and declined

• Check Top Engaged Documents to see which files receive the most views and downloads

• View Most Active Accounts or Users to identify who's most engaged with your trust portal

• Click on any metric to navigate directly to detailed, pre-filtered data

• Use the information icon next to each graph for explanations
