What is Trust Vault Dashboard?

The Trust Vault dashboard helps organizations analyze, measure and track their customer's responses to the page. It helps them answer questions like who is accessing the Trust Vault, how many reports are downloaded, etc.

Dashboard Metrics

a) Total portal views:

The “total portal views” section represents the number of times the trust center portal has been accessed. It includes both logged-in and anonymous user views.

b) Documents downloaded:

The “Documents downloaded” section represents the total number of times the documents available inside the different sections have been downloaded by users.

c) Active access requests:

Active access request refers to the number of private access requests for the Trust Vault, which are all already approved by the admin.

d) Pending requests:

The “Pending requests” section shows the total number of user requests for private access that are not granted yet.

Accessing the Trust Vault Dashboard

  1. To access the Trust Vault dashboard, navigate to the “Trust Vault” section on the Scrut platform and select 'dashboard.'
