UI improvement: Risk Assessment modal

Our redesigned Risk Assessment interface displays key details, including Risk ID, Name, and Status, prominently in the left pane. Additionally, a stepper has been introduced to indicate the current step in the assessment process, providing users with clear navigation and progress visibility for a streamlined experience.
