UKG Pro Integration

What is this feature?

We are excited to announce the integration of UKG Pro with the Scrut platform. UKG Pro is a human resources management system (HRMS) covering many HR functions. By integrating UKG Pro, we can fetch employee details in the Scrut platform, such as employee name, email, department, reporting manager, joining date, and exit date. This guide will walk you through the steps to successfully connect it.

How does it work?

Step 1: Navigate to 'Integrations,' and go to "Available".

Step 2: Search for UKG Pro and click on the "Integrate" option.

Step 3: Next, select "Connect" at the top of the page.

Entering Credentials

Step 4: It’s time to input your customer API key.

Step 5: Proceed to enter your Kg Pro webservers account username.

Step 6: Now, input your UKG Pro password.

Step 7: Enter your UKG Pro web service domain.

Step 8: Finally, click on "Submit".

After completing these steps, you’ll successfully integrate UKG Pro with the Scrut platform.
