Vendor Questionnaire Risk Score Label & Color Code Update
What is the enhancement?
We have removed the risk score label and color coding from the Accept/Flag modal and other related areas to eliminate confusion in risk score selection.
Why was it done?
Previously, two different risk scores (0 & 1) shared the same "Low" label, leading to user confusion when selecting an appropriate risk score. By removing labels and color coding, we ensure a clearer and more consistent vendor questionnaire risk assessment process.
How does it work?
Risk score labels and color coding have been removed from the Accept/Flag modal.
The risk score scale remains unchanged (0-5), but users will now rely solely on numerical values.
The Vendor Table Filters - Average Risk Score range is now clearly defined as:
Low: 0 ≤ Score < 2
Medium: 2 ≤ Score < 4
High: 4 ≤ Score ≤ 5
