What's new?

Vendors can now re-upload or replace attachments after submitting a questionnaire, as long as the questionnaire is still under review and not marked as complete. This makes it easy to provide additional documentation or update files based on reviewer feedback.

Why was this needed?

During a vendor review, you may need additional documentation or clarification from the vendor. Instead of starting over or managing communication through email, vendors can now respond directly in the portal by updating attachments. This keeps the review process centralized within the portal, reduces back-and-forth communication, and accelerates questionnaire completion.

How it works

  • During questionnaire review, reviewers can request additional or updated documentation.

  • Vendors can re-upload or replace attachments directly against the relevant question.

  • The updated files are immediately available to reviewers, while the questionnaire remains in review.

  • Once all clarifications are addressed, the questionnaire can be completed as usual.
