Visualize risk evolution with the all-new risk trend graph

What's new?

We’ve introduced a powerful enhancement to how risk lifecycles are tracked and visualized in Scrut. The Risk Trend Graph now captures the exact date and time between risk lifecycle statuses: Open, Assessed, Treatment in Progress, Treated, Monitored, and Closed. These transitions are logged automatically when status changes occur.

Why it matters

This enhancement provides you with a much more accurate and time-aware view of how your risks evolve, allowing you to effectively track progress and understand trends in your risk management efforts.

How it works

• Status Transition Tracking: Every risk captures the exact date and time it moves between lifecycle statuses (Open, Assessed, Treatment in Progress, Treated, Monitored, Closed). Transitions are logged automatically when status changes occur.

• Revamped Risk Trend Graph: Trend data now reflects historical transitions, not just snapshots of current status counts. You can accurately see how risks evolved across statuses over time and real-time updates as statuses change.

• Date Range Filtering: Filter the graph to view risk transitions over the last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, or a custom date range.

• Tooltip Enhancements: Hovering on a date in the trend graph reveals the risk count per status on that day and the net status transition delta versus the previous day.
